Paul Segal
Paul has qualified as both a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Certified Novell Engineer, currently certified in Novell IntraNetWare 4.11, NetWare 5.0 and NetWare 6.0. He is also a current Certified Novell Salesperson. Paul knows Novell products.
He has a number of years experience supporting Small to Medium Enterprise networks, (2 to 50 computers) both Microsoft and Novell based.
While living in Sydney Paul supported a large national network for the Australian arm of a global telecommunications company. He was part of a small team, using Novell, Microsoft and Citrix technologies. His roles there included specifying and building installations for new sites, getting new technolgies to work, network resource analysis, and simplifying printing and login procedures across the network for users.
Lindsay Segal
Lindsay is a certified Microsoft Office User Specialist. For a number of years she was the final level of support for Microsoft Office products, amongst others, for over 600 people. She has considerable experience in automating office procedures.
She holds a Certificate IV in Assesment and Workplace Training and has over 5 years of IT training expertise. Lindsay can develop and deliver training on most IT subjects.
While in Sydney Lindsay managed the IT Support Centre for a Government organisation of over 3000 people.
